'So very drunk now. Strange how it helps'. Strange how it helps? I must have been very drunk indeed! It's not strange at all.

Hello Phillip

I've just read your blog, and I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your Ann. It's probably afternoon there, as I write, and I sincerely ~ sincerely ~ hope that you are keeping yourself occupied and that the afternoon will go quickly for you. I hope each afternoon will pass with much speed and gusto! It may not be the time to say this to you, but you write so well, needless to say, it's as if the reader is experiencing what you are (this probably doesn't make sense). Anyway, it's said in the best possible way. Take good care of yourself, Philip, and know that there will be thoughts and prayers from over the miles.

Best wishes,
Helen
